Based in Kansas City, Mr. Swartzman is co-founder of C3 Capital, and he serves on the board of a number of C3 portfolio companies. He is a past President of the Midwest chapter of the Small Business Investor Alliance and has served on this organization’s national Board of Governors. Prior to C3 Mr. Swartzman spent 4 years structuring and managing subordinated debt investments at KC Venture Group. Prior to that, he spent 7 years as a Vice President with Citibank in New York, managing client relationships for emerging markets clients and structuring and syndicating over $1 billion in complex trade financing. Mr. Swartzman received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a AB from Harvard College.
